SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will gladly accept the returns within 30 days from delivered date of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Wholesale/bulk orders: Please allow 5-14 business days to process the order before shipping.
Regular customer orders: Please allow 1-3 business days.
Orders received after 5 pm will be in processing the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
We only ship via UPS, FedEX, and USPS. For any third party shipment or courier, it is the client's responsibility to arrange shipment and payment directly to their courier for pick up at our warehouse location.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will be processed the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing for out-of-stock products.
